2020 District 1 Summer Presidents' Meeting - Monday August 24^th at Milner Gardens and Woodland from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Milner Gardens is about 2 kms east of Qualicum Beach. The start time for the meeting is listed as 11:00 am - gather in the area by the gift shop at first. Attendees should park by the Visitor's Centre and walk down to the gift shop area (weather permitting) - it's about half a km. However, if there are those who need a lift, the Milner Gardens office should be informed before the event. The washroom at the Gift Shop is open.

2020 Fall Regional Conference in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania (Sept. 25 - 27, 2020) has been cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions.

2021 ARS Annual Convention - "Rhododendrons Down East" is the theme of the ARS Annual Convention at the Old Orchard Inn, Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada from June 3 - 6, 2021.
Save the dates. The Atlantic Rhododendron and Horticultural Society will be your hosts. The Old Orchard Inn ) is located next to the charming university town of Wolfville and the Bay of Fundy.
